Preparing students to pass the 11 Plus examinations and to secure a place at their choice of grammar or independent school. Our course is designed for Year 5 students planning to take secondary school entrance exams.
They will be prepared for a variety of test types both in terms of knowledge and exam technique. The course is based on Maths and English. Maths classes include data handling and Non-Verbal Reasoning. English sessions incorporate Verbal Reasoning, comprehension, spelling, punctuation and grammar. In addition we teach creative writing, exam timing strategy and interview techniques.
Our aim is to equip our students with the skills they need to achieve success, not only in the competitive entrance examinations but in their future years in education.
