This course is specifically aimed at children taking exams for highly selective grammar
(11+ stage 2) and independent schools.
The aim is to consolidate English and Maths skills to strengthen children’s self-confidence and to fine-tune exam technique. There will be particular focus on tackling English comprehension exercises which require written answers, and also on creative writing techniques. In Maths, we will concentrate on applying knowledge and skills to independent school specific exam papers. We will also teach and prepare for interviews and practice interview techniques.
